Ventek Solutions is a leading manufacturer of engineered shape molded foam, protective packaging, and multi-material assembly solutions. Our roots reach back to 1962, when the company that became Ventek grew into the largest custom shape molded foam manufacturer in the United States. The name is newer than the company. The expertise behind it has been refined across six decades of design, engineering, and manufacturing for the most demanding applications in the market.

Ventek's story runs through some of the most significant chapters in the history of molded foam. The companies below are not separate businesses; they represent the same continuous operation, carrying the same engineering expertise and much of the same manufacturing footprint forward to Ventek Solutions today.
1962
When Tuscarora Plastics pioneered German EPS molding in North America in 1962, it introduced techniques that much of the industry now treats as standard. Ventek didn't enter this category; it helped create it.

Tuscarora Plastics
Founded in New Brighton, PA, where it all started. Pioneered German EPS molding in North America, grew through roughly 25 strategic acquisitions to become the largest custom foam molder in the United States, and expanded with the landmark Owosso, MI facility.

Createc Corporation
An independent innovator in EPS and EPP molding with a full in-house tooling and mold shop. Set the pace on lead times and built deep, specialized automotive EPP expertise across four plants in the U.S. and Mexico.
